I'm thankful that I can pray whenever and wherever, any time of the day or night. Sometimes life is a waiting game, and during those times, it's hard to be patient. But I'm thankful that I have a Heavenly Father that knows the plans He has for me, and that those plans are for a future and a hope- for my good.
I'm thankful that God doesn't always give me what I ask for. More times than I can count, I have ended up being thankful that God didn't "grant my request." I'm also thankful for the times that He has answered the way I hoped.
Mostly I'm thankful that I don't have to be burdened with the details of life- that I can "take it to the Lord in prayer!"
